Mitch Speigle

Founder, Homes By The Bay

Mitch specializes in residential & multifamily real estate throughout the Bay Area and alternative investments across the country. Mitch holds a Master’s Degree in Business Development and prior to founding Homes By The Bay in 2018, spent 5 years developing strategic initiatives, building community partnerships, and driving fundraising campaigns for major capital projects within higher athletics. Process oriented and with an eye for opportunity Mitch prides himself on taking extreme ownership of projects and providing his clients with the confidence of data-driven underwriting, seamless communication, and shrewd negotiation skills.

Anthony Navarro

Founder, Harper Real Estate

Anthony’s broad range of experience, vast professional network, and in-depth knowledge of the economic principles that drive real estate sales have placed him in the top 1% of San Francisco agents since 2005. In 2020, he was named a HomeLight Elite Agent, which is only awarded to the top 1% of agents in the nation. Anthony first learned about real estate from his parents, who were successful investors, and has long maintained a thriving national personal real estate portfolio. Though he specializes in luxury properties and investments, Anthony has guided hundreds of Bay Area buyers, sellers, and investors to success in all markets.

Micheal Cornns

Director of Acquisitions

With Bay Area roots and a nationwide network Micheal works with buyers and sellers in the Bay Area and oversees the sourcing and acquisition of our value add investments. Calling on a diverse background in construction, home inspections, and sales Michael leverages his deep network of professionals and property owners to source off market properties and to conduct the brick and mortar due diligence that provides our clients with a unique informational advantage.

Transaction Coordinator

Flor brings over a decade of expertise coordinating real estate transactions of all sizes from single family houses to large apartments. Her years of experience working with escrow & title companies along with a deep knowledge of the various rules and regulations regarding real estate transactions is integral to the absolute accuracy and successful closings Homes By The Bay is known for.

Sasha Galloway- Gonce

Sales Partner

Growing up in a family of Bay Area builders, Sasha's real estate experience began by working hands-on in construction projects throughout the Bay Area from a young age. Fueled by a passion to empower diverse populations to achieve ownership in their communities she leveraged her unique skillset to drive deeper impact- becoming a Realtor combination of skills could have a deeper impact empowering the Bay’s diverse communities, she earned her real estate license and land development certification

Michelle Howes

Listing Coordinator

A customer service veteran Michelle spent 4 years at Pandora overseeing client outreach in the Bay Area before joining Home By The Bay. Extremely detail orientated and well versed in all aspects of listing preparation she oversees the coordination and operational process of our listings- ensuring our sellers receive the white glove service our team in known for each step of the way.

Creative Director

Born and raised in the Bay Area and with over 15 years in the photography, videography, and digital design industry Bellal’s creative vision has been sought after by groups such as Facebook, United Health Group, and a range of award winning musicians to tell their story. As Creative Director Bellal develops the creative strategy for the Homes By The Bay brand, our creative content, and oversees our marketing field team.
